Our prosthetics apply with water, like a temporary tattoo!
View our videos below to learn how to apply, how to remove, and how to troubleshoot common errors.
Every order of a prosthetic will arrive with a step-by-step instruction card.
- Your prosthetic will arrive on acetate, with a protective wax paper covering, and a sheet of white transfer paper. Remove the wax paper and discard. Place the white transfer paper glossy side down onto your prosthetic and trim to size. Your prosthetic should now be sandwiched between the acetate and the transfer paper. Press the edges of prosthetic down onto the transfer paper, to ensure good adhesion.
- Gently peel away the acetate from the back of your prosthetic, exposing the sticky underside. If the prosthetic won't release from the acetate, simply press it back down onto the transfer paper until a good adhesion is achieved. Discard acetate.
- Place your prosthetic onto desired area of the skin. Use a damp paper towel to saturate the paper with water until it releases from your prosthetic. Take care to not get water underneath the prosthetic, as water between the prosthetic and skin will prevent the prosthetic from adhering.
- Your prosthetic is now applied! Edges can be easily blended with 99% isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab, or paintbrush. Finish with desired paint & blood!
